About Us
We clean commercial floors and upholstery, and we are in it for the long haul. We want to earn your business today, but more importantly, we want you to be our satisfied customer until one of us retire.
Our pricing philosophy may differ from our competitors, in that, we do not have one square foot pricing for an entire building. We prefer to segment a building according to its difficulty of cleaning. Such as, offices are more of a challenge than an open hallway. This method allows you to utilize your cleaning budget effectively.
We also label each room or area, so we all understand the layout of the building. For future discussions, it is very important for us to call each room or area by the name of your choosing, whether we are together or on the phone.
